Hello Friends and Family,

This week was a little bit more routine, so there won't be quite as many shots as usual.

Also, I know that I have kind of promised not to get into politics or anything like that on my blog, but desperate times call for desperate actions. And we have an issue right now which challenges the very jurisdiction of the family in Massachusetts. (http://www.thebostonchannel.com/news/4582708/detail.html?subid=22100410&qs=1;bp=t) When the Mass Supreme court upheld the right of father's and mothers to choose whether or not to use corporal punishment, the Mass legislature promptly turned around and proposed a bill which would not only outlaw spanking, but it would outlaw everything from pinching to "hotsaucing" or washing your kid's mouth out with soap. The state is DETERMINED to obtain absolute jurisdiction over the family. I won't get into what the options are if this passes ;-), but we must fight this.
