Hello All,

Just kidding, actually, I just wanted to let you know that 13 pictures down below this post are pictures from an AUTHENTIC chicken slaughter. Whether or not you view them is UP TO YOU. So if you think it would make you sick, PLEASE DON'T LOOK. Otherwise, enjoy this educational bit. Remember they are in reverse order. So, start at the bottom.
On another note, things are going well. Church was today, and it was a pretty restful Sabbath. The four wheeler is still one of the highlites of chore time. Even the Hutchins still enjoy it after four years of ownership. It doesn't seem to wear out.
I am definately interested in the cattle business. I am also definately interested in chickens for eggs and meat. However I am not sure I'm as interested in a dairy. Why? A cow you can put in new pasture Fri or Sat. and forget about 'till Monday. Chickens, you can feed Sat. and forget about 'till Monday morning. A dairy takes about 1 1/2 hours to 2 hours on both ends of the day for a total of 3 - 4 hours. That cuts into the sabbath rest. Maybe I'll want one or two for me (about 20 minutes work). Though I'm not totally sure.
