Well folks,

It's late ... I'm tired ... I hope you enjoy ....... ..... .... because I'm going to bed without further ado.

Love In Christ,
Michael

I begin this weeks with Micaiah setting up for Wed. morning's book study.

Unfortunately, not all who came seemed totally alert.

Some of what I do at work (organizing and filing and such)

Wednesday I was able to watch a short clip on the 700 club Crunchy Cons (christian/conservatives who also believe in healthy eating and being good stewards of the environment [God's creation]). Anyway, the show featured (among others) the HUTCHINS (WWW.REHOBOTHRANCH.COM) where I interned last summer. You, my dear subscribers, can look back into the archives and see what REALLY goes on. ;-0 Just kidding. I thought it was a very well done clip. You can view for on cbn.com for about a week or so. It was on the 22nd I believe at 20 minutes into the show.

Mr. Hutchins explaining how the Lord slowly weaned him of his previous salary to live on their ranch full time.

Art, Thurs night (I think) we listened to a lecture by Mr. Bodkin on mistakes directors make in directing a film. Very challengin on why we are doing what we are doing and are we willing to put the time into planning to really make a quality product?

Ma's project (One thing is for sure, she sure is persevering with this. I think this has taken her over 3 years)

Thank you ladies and gentelman, I hop you enjoyd the show!

Working on my project with NPpros. While I wait on one organization I'm working with, I started calling some others. I've learned a lot from studying about movies. Especially when you are just starting out, you need a good plan that is well rehearsed. The first call I made went so bad my stomach was churning. I realized WHAT AM I DOING I dont' have a plan. I made a plan, tried to stick with it ;-), and it things starting going fairly well.

Finally I felt I was ready ... and I started making the calls.

Final proof reading before I send it out. (I'd really appreciate y'alls prayer on this!!! I really have the ability right now to bless several ministries like Creation Expeditions [the guys I'm campaigning for], Persecution Project or Samaritan's Purse). It is exciting to see how this will turn out!

Yup, it's just another day at the library! (Yes that is a full size canvas bag .... we are homeschoolers ;-)

All of a sudden, at the library, as soon as I slammed the locked door, I got this sinking feeling. I looked inside the window and there were my car keyes AND CELL PHONE!! I had to ask the receptionist to call my mom. First time I've ever done that!!

How many words can YOU find? Comments????

Saturday we are off to the dump

Micaiah helps out our environment (good buddy) and recycles the plastics.

Marscel's makes a discovery. Will it work (note, everything was UNOPENED!!!)

After, we raced over to the swap shop to see what we could find.

On the way home from the dump, we stopped to explore at a nearby damn.

Marscel finds some old generator ... or pump ... or maybe even a "whatever" ;-)

Micaiah looks down as from a Battlement of yore (i.e. knights and castles)

Once home, of course Marscel assembled everything. Wouldn't you know ... IT WORKED!!!

Melissa presents Ma the final product of an authentic colonial dress

For what it's worth, this even had an "authentic pulley system". Somewhere out there someone might be interested ;-)

Trying it on for size and fashion

Later Matthew and I work on our act ... so far there isn't much to it except we are on the balls (any suggestions on making this into something?)

Sunday afternnon, I went in the woods to just walk, be by myself an' pray. I noticed this square depression. I bet there's buried treasure!!!

Another neat thing I noticed was this hole that was clearly made on purpose. Any ideas what it was for (comments?)

To All my loyal blog subscribers:

I was forwarded the following information from Children concerned , and I thought it worth posting. Please see pictures below.

"Everyone! We are working on a fundraising project that we could use your help on...before the November trip someone in our area donated $40for "any thing" - so while we were in Liberia we bought with itbeads (authentic African beads made in Guinea)and also clasps andstring, & we took the materials to Mrs. Sieh (Directors wife) tohave her oversee the older girls making necklaces andbraclets...they did a WONDERFUL job and sent back 55 matchingNeckalace and Braclet sets! And so now we would like to set up a system where we can sell thesenecklaces and raise money for the orphanage food etc. and also tocontinue to fund projects like these where the children can learn aproductive skill...Is anyone intersted in them? You can offer them to family andfriends...they make a great gift! for the moment we would just liketo sell the 55 that we have in the next 2 weeks so we can take themoney back to Liberia with us March 7th to buy more materials andkeep them working making more.

I can send you photos; they are BEAUTIFUL!! Please check intohelping the orphans with this great industry opportunity!(Suggested donation: $12 for necklace and matching bracelet + $3shipping = $15 each set)

Make checks payable to: ChildrenConcerned, Inc. 11973 Stage Road, Akron, NY 14001 or you can payvia PayPal on the web-site: www.childrenconcerned.org (CC doesincur charges against donations made by PayPal) if anyone is interested in purchasing one or more necklace andBraclet sets made by the children at the Dixville orphanage:

I begin last week's blog with these images. Here we line up to review our dances for the dance film we are trying make.

Well folks,

It's been quite the week as usual. Dancing, scams at BJ's, a new toy, and a new job. I hope I can keep up! Enjoy, remember you can post comments.

Love in Christ,
Michael

Micaiah play acts a little TOO much I think.

I fear Melanie is a little TOO amused at our pathetic attempts.

Michael look!!!

Yep here it is the package itself. This took the cake as the most humorous scam I've EVER seen.
