This week

Well, I hope you like it folks! Weddings (I'm beginning to feel like Bambi as my friends get "twiterpated" and up and get married). Wonderful, exciting, scary and sobering all at once.

Christmas party and shooting. Also, I'm happy do announce a new video function. I don't intend to use it much, but sometimes I just have wished I could have posted one.

Love in Christ,
Michael

Tuesday we went to Scott Capodanno's wedding. This wedding was a great blessing! Scott holds the distinction of being the first of my "peers" to get married. I have known him off and on since we were about 5!!! Sobering isn't it? You bet!

And now I have the honor to present to you all Mr. and Mrs. Scott Capodanno.

After, we had a chance to catch up with some friends from years ago.

In which a quick helping hand turns into a full blown visit :-) due to car problems.

God's art ... Nate discover's an ice sculpture that looks a lot like a war ship or something

Nothing like a backyard game of football

An now let me welcome ...

The evolution of an idea. Here is how snowboarding REALLY was invented.

Much to my sister's consternation, Matthew had to try "SnowBOARDING) i.e. sledding standing up on BOARDS!!!

Not to be out done by my kid brother, I had to join in.

Culmination of the idea

Yee Haw

Even my little kid brother made it (way to go bro)

This shows the hazard of using Gorilla Glue to hold down the tiles ... the glue oozes and bubbles and pushes out every crack.

2 (tile by tile ... inche by inch ... milimeter by milimeter, I worked at the terrible mass)

Saturday morning we went shooting. Since I already have uploaded enough BOY shooting shots. This will focus more on the .. eh ... ah ... 1900's ... turn of the century ... ah .. feminine side of the sport

Saturday (Christmas Eve) we went to pick up my Grandmother for the Christmas eve party. While there Matthew snapped a shot of what we USED to look like.

What we look like today!

The annual Relatives Christmas Party!

My mom with her Uncle Henry.

A long time Christmas tradition ... a group of relatives go around playing the accordion and portuguess bells and sing Christmas charols and EVERYONE joins in at the TOP of their lungs.

A collection of all the cousins present.

Every part ends up with this moment .. you know ...

Sunday after church we went for a walk.

Stepping in dog poop is NOBODY'S idea of a fun day, a sign has been posted: NO DOGS!! That means we couldn't allow our friends "half/human" dachsund to run free.
