Vacation

What follows might be more pictures then usual, but we were on vacation and I went trigger happy. Better complete then incomplete, though.

Also, I would like to know what people think of giving me your email so when I complete a series I can just email to let you know it is up. coyoteviolinist@hotmail.com. Let me know.

Oh Hutchins!!! What have you done to us?? Can you believe what we got for our next vacation? That is right a WHOLE CASE OF WASABI PEANUTS!! Yeeou

Marscel's art

Caulking the roof for my dad (I couldn't believe the open gaps the builders left, but ... I guess that's what I'm for :-)

In preparation for our upcoming vacation my sisters are packing ... at least that is what they were supposed to be doing. He he :-)

Marscel is ready

The next pictures are all of our vacation in vermont. What a vacation!!! The foliage was almost perfect (not quite as bright as it could be). It was a great time to rest, build relationships, play games and enjoy His Creation. On the way, we stop for some pictures.

The result

Finally we arrived. I can be seen here bringing my sister's luggage up the stairs (what do the girls pack?!?!?!)

The lady of ... ah ,... the river

A song

Marscel get's his first chance to work on fire making in a woodstove

One thing we did for an hour or so a day was some family reading time by my father. We would generally work on crafts and such.

Mom catches my attempts at photography

My mom and dad pose for a shot

Melanie gets me in action risking life ...

View from the top. The camera really doesn't capture the height. So much for risking life and limb.

Marscel challenges me to a game of chess

Afternoon fun ... Scrabble

The board.

Water from the rock: Moses as he might have appeared in modern times

The Bald Mountain Dam! What a place. It was absolutely huge. The cliffs on the right are full blown true blue cliffs not just a rock projection as it appears in this shot. This was a major highlite for most of my family.

ISN'T THIS PLACE INCREDIBLE!!! What a place to explore. Look how tiny the boys are compared to everything.

Family picture

I thought this shot really gives an idea of the magnitude of this area. Huge and rapid descents!

Melanie shoots away. One thing I'd like to say is, now that I'm home, some of the pictures on my blog are actually from her shots. So thank you sista!

Time to go, I help my mom down.

Easy now

Here is a view of the cliffs that was to our right. To give you an idea of the incredible magnitude of the cliffs, what appears to be brush at the top are fully grown trees.

Some time during the week, we went to the Grafton Village Cheese company. Every month we get their raw one year cheddar. Best cheese I have EVER had. My favorite is there Six Year Chedder. Woweee

Cheese making in process

I pause to ponder the inner meaning

After viewing the cheese factory, we took some glamour shots at a neat covered bridge. Here is my mother. [Cheers echo across the woods.]

All the chilluns

Not sure who she is waiting for.

Well ... so much for glamour.

Assisting my sister who "didn't want her shoes to get wet".
